Meet and Discuss Your Needs
We meet with you to discuss the key features of your new telecommunications. We’ll take a full scope of your project, including system requirements, features, voicemail, number of telephones and locations of the telephones and the system itself. We’ll show you how your new system will improve employee productivity.
Free Custom Quote
Our experienced sales staff will custom design a solution tailored to your specific needs. A quote with all the components required is given to you free of charge, with options and product brochures if requested. A formal Sales Agreement is presented after you’ve made your decision.
Prior to the installation an implementation meeting is held with you and one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). During this meeting, the programming and setup of your new telecommunications system will be discussed in detail. We may also conduct a walk-through of your office or facility to verify counts and locations.
Program and Test
Every system we install is programmed and tested in our office. You can count on quality assurance due to this process, which ensures you will not experience any down time due to out-of-box failures.
Our CSRs provide the highest quality training available. We have two professional CSRs who provide training and on-going customer support, so you’re never alone. Training is held with your staff in groups of 15 or fewer; then we follow up with individualized attention where needed. Administrator training is completed one-on-one so that all questions are answered to your satisfaction. Your employees are given customized User Guides on the features of their telephones and voicemail.
The big day! Our experienced technicians install your equipment hardware and software. Further testing completed onsite ensures your system is up and running from the very first phone call. A CSR will also be on site to answer any questions you might have.
After your system has been installed, our CSRs will follow up with you to ensure you’re happy with your new system. Follow up training is provided and system features are tweaked as needed. Before we leave your office, Schmitt Telecom Partners will do all we can to make certain that you are completely satisfied.
