Supports Multiple Platforms

The Avaya IP Office supports analog, digital, IP hard phones, IP softphones, wireless and IP DECT telephones, which can be added quickly. Mix and match to suit your needs with up to 384 telephones, eight PRI/T1 circuits and 192 business lines.

No Moving Parts

The Control Unit and Expansion Modules have no moving parts. There are no fans or hard drives to fail or overheat. Your system doesn’t require a special, temperature-controlled room to work properly. That means your system can be installed in a data rack or on the wall, near your data network or in a completely different area.

Supports Multiple Locations

The Avaya IP Office Multi-Site Option gives you a cost effective, easy-to-manage solution for communication with multiple locations. Your system can network up to 1000 users across 32 different locations. This allows you to intercom between locations, share answering responsibilities and share one voicemail.

Multiple Locations Means Built-in Resiliency

If one of your locations experiences a disruption, its system can automatically fail over to another location – so you don’t experience any loss of business continuity. Employees who travel between locations can log on to any telephone on the network, regardless of location, and still have access to their own voicemail. They have all of their other communication capabilities, just as if they were at their own desk.

Conference

The Avaya IP Office includes up to 128 conference channels – that’s two 64 party conference calls – to allow for quick set up of conference calls.

Unified Communications

Voicemail to email is a standard feature on the Avaya IP Office. For true unified communications, additional licenses and parts are available to meet your specific needs.

Productivity Applications

We understand that there isn’t a one-fits-all solution. The Avaya IP Office has additional applications to custom fit your system to your employee’s needs and work flow: Receptionist, Mobile Worker, Office Worker, Teleworker and Power User.  Individual and group licenses are available so you can tailor fit the application to the employee.
